Lassen Volcanic National Park has transformed into a winter wonderland! Several feet of snow fell during a recent storm in the California park, temporarily impacting operations.

Over the weekend, snow, gusty winds and periodic white-out conditions forced the closure of the Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center. The facility is now back open, but visitors are warned to use caution while driving because of treacherous road conditions.
