BISCAYNE NATIONAL PARK – Miami-Dade Police arrested someone for dumping piles of trash on a pristine island in Biscayne National Park.
A boater caught the suspect and several others on camera as they brazenly tossed multiple trash bags and other rubbish on Ragged Keys Island. Three other people were given a $1,000 illegal dumping/littering fine.
