Recognize this magical waterfall? Where is this?

In spring and early summer, snowmelt sends water rushing over a 40-foot cliff. But later in the season, something magical happens—the flow drops underground and bursts out of a hidden cave halfway down the rock face, making it look like the falls are coming out of the mountain itself.

The short path to the waterfall features a nature trail that is wheelchair accessible.

Final answer: this is Running Eagle Falls in the Two Medicine area of Glacier National Park in Montana. It’s a little off the beaten track but well worth the visit!
